While we at Running Feat advocate high intensity interval sessions for when you want to smash your PB and reach your full potential, LISS training certainly has a place in your exercise regime. It's also beneficial to those just starting out, coming back from injury, or for those whose reason to run is simply to be fit and healthy, rather than as speedy as possible.
